Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting an order. By placing an order with MysticSky Designs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these, you should not place an order with us.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to MysticSky, unopened in their original packaging and within 21 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If you receive a faulty item, please accept our sincere apologies, and inform us as soon as possible so we may rectify it. We will replace those goods if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost. (Please read Candle Care Instructions and take note of minimisation of issues with soy candle use, as when not adhered to, these are not, and will not be considered faulty goods).

Our Goods

All photographs of our goods are for illustrative purposes only. Although every effort is made to display the colours and quality correctly, we cannot guarantee that any other device will display the products' exact colours and quality accurately. Please keep in mind that all of our products are handmade, and this means they may vary slightly from the images shown.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Minor differences in colours and finishes resulting from the processing of the products will not cause them to be considered of unsatisfactory quality.

Defects which have arisen from wear and tear, wilful damage, exposure to sunlight, misuse and failure to adhere to care instructions supplied, will not be considered as unsatisfactory quality.

Liability

MysticSky Designs goods are for domestic and private use only. We will accept no liability for the re-sale of our products and doing so may result in prosecution.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

As most products are made to order, we will aim to process your order as soon as possible, but within 5 business days following payment in cleared funds. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery domestically, or 2 weeks internationally. Orders will be supplied with tracking numbers to check up on whereabouts .If you need your item/s shipped as soon as possible, please drop us an email at mysticsky187@gmail.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs as best we can.
